Apple will use 12 MP Camera and leave 8 MP on the next iPhone

Since iPhone 4s, iPhone devices using the 8 megapixel camera. This makes the iPhone a bit behind other high end phones which use caliber 16-20 megapixels. But talk about the quality, the camera can not be measured by how much photo produced, it was evidenced by the iPhone.

However, for video, the iPhone is a shortage in the recording of 4K video. Well, all of this will be answered in September. According to 9to5Mac, Apple will introduce the first 12 MP camera that can record 4K video, and this will be used in iPhone and iPhone 6s 6s Plus.

Yeah, iPhone 6s and 6s Plus isn’t the first smartphone which has a 4K video recording capabilities. At this moment, there are around 30 handset that can record video in 4K. However, Apple is likely to make a big thing related to the new capabilities the next iPhone.

9to5Mac also notes that the front camera iPhone iPhone 6s and 6s Plus also will be improved. It is unclear how much but it’s said to be added with the flash. So the big jump in the next iPhone is more on improving the quality of the camera.
